BIOGRAPHY
Mandy Johnston is a multidisciplinary South African artist specialising in alternative materials, sculptural installations and printmaking techniques. She was awarded a Master’s degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2003. Since then, Johnston has worked and collaborated on various inner-city art related projects and initiatives.
Her work is part of collections like RMB and ABSA, and she has received multiple awards, including the PPC Sculptor’s Award and Sasol New Signatures.
